Instructions

  1. Combine the ground chicken, breadcrumbs, Parmesan cheese, chopped parsley, egg, minced garlic, salt, and pepper in a large mixing bowl.
  2. Shape the mixture into meatballs, about 1-2 inches in diameter.
  3. Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat until shimmering.
  4. Add the meatballs to the skillet and cook until browned on all sides, about 8-10 minutes.
  5. Reduce the heat to low and pour in the heavy cream, stirring gently to coat the meatballs.
