Ingredients

  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 2 cups twisted pasta
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Fresh parsley for garnish

Instructions

  1. Cook the twisted pasta according to package instructions; drain and set aside.
  2. In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat.
  3. Add minced garlic and sauté until fragrant.
  4. Add chicken breasts, season with salt and pepper, and cook until golden brown and cooked through.
  5. Remove chicken from the skillet and slice it.
  6. In the same skillet, add heavy cream and bring to a simmer.
  7. Stir in Parmesan cheese until melted and smooth.
  8. Add the cooked pasta and sliced chicken to the sauce, tossing to combine.
  9. Garnish with fresh parsley before serving.
