- 1 cup fresh cilantro, chopped
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1–2 jalapeños, seeded and chopped
- 1/2 cup sour cream
- 1/4 cup mayonnaise
- 2 tablespoons lime juice
- Salt to taste
Instructions
- In a blender or food processor, combine the cilantro, garlic, and jalapeños.
- Add the sour cream, mayonnaise, lime juice, and salt.
- Blend until smooth and creamy.
- Taste and adjust seasoning if necessary.
- Transfer to a serving bowl and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes before serving.
Notes
- For a spicier sauce, leave some seeds in the jalapeños.
- This sauce can be stored in the refrigerator for up to a week.
