- 2 cups cooked rotisserie chicken, shredded
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1 cup corn (frozen or canned)

Instructions
- Heat olive oil in a large pot over medium heat.
- Add onion and garlic; sauté until softened, about 3-4 minutes.
- Stir in bell pepper, diced tomatoes, chicken broth, cumin, and chili powder. Bring to a gentle boil.
- Reduce heat and let the soup simmer for 15-20 minutes.
- Add shredded rotisserie chicken, heavy cream, and corn; cook for an additional 5 minutes.
- Season with salt and pepper to taste.
- Serve hot, topped with tortilla strips, fresh cilantro, and lime wedges.
