- 2 cups cooked chicken, shredded
- 2 cups broccoli florets
- 1 cup uncooked rice
- 2 cups chicken broth
- 1 cup cream of chicken soup
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1/2 cup milk
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a large bowl, combine the cooked chicken, broccoli, uncooked rice, chicken broth, cream of chicken soup, milk, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper.
- Mix well until all ingredients are combined.
- Pour the mixture into a greased 9×13 inch baking dish.
- Cover with aluminum foil and bake for 30 minutes.
- Remove the foil, sprinkle cheddar cheese on top, and bake for an additional 15 minutes or until the cheese is melted and bubbly.

- For a healthier option, you can use brown rice instead of white rice.
