Ingredients

  • 2 cups cooked chicken, shredded
  • 2 cups broccoli florets
  • 1 cup uncooked rice
  • 2 cups chicken broth
  • 1 cup cream of chicken soup
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1/2 cup milk
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a large bowl, combine the cooked chicken, broccoli, uncooked rice, chicken broth, cream of chicken soup, milk, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper.
  3. Mix well until all ingredients are combined.
  4. Pour the mixture into a greased 9×13 inch baking dish.
  5. Cover with aluminum foil and bake for 30 minutes.
  6. Remove the foil, sprinkle cheddar cheese on top, and bake for an additional 15 minutes or until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
