A delicious and creamy pasta salad featuring crispy bacon and fresh broccoli, perfect for any occasion.
Ingredients

			- 8 oz pasta
 - 4 slices of bacon
 - 2 cups broccoli florets
 - 1 cup mayonnaise
 - 1/2 cup sour cream
 - 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
 - 1 tablespoon lemon juice
 - Salt and pepper to taste
 
Instructions
- Cook the pasta according to package instructions; drain and set aside.
 - In a skillet, cook the bacon until crispy; remove and crumble.
 - Blanch the broccoli in boiling water for 2-3 minutes; drain and cool.
 - In a large bowl, combine mayonnaise, sour cream, Parmesan cheese, lemon juice, salt, and pepper.
 - Add the cooked pasta, broccoli, and crumbled bacon to the dressing; mix well.
 - Chill in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes before serving.
 
Notes
- Feel free to add other vegetables like cherry tomatoes or bell peppers.
 - This salad can be made a day in advance for better flavor.
