Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup sugar
  • 1/2 cup cream cheese, softened
  • 1/4 cup butter, melted
  • 1/2 cup milk
  • 1 egg
  • 1 tablespoon baking powder
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 tablespoon cinnamon
  • 1/4 cup brown sugar

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a large bowl, mix together the flour, sugar, baking powder, and cinnamon.
  3. In another bowl, combine the cream cheese, melted butter, milk, egg, and vanilla extract.
  4. Pour the wet ingredients into the dry ingredients and mix until just combined.
  5. Roll out the dough on a floured surface into a rectangle.
  6. Spread the cinnamon sugar mixture over the dough.
  7. Roll the dough tightly and cut into rolls.
  8. Place the rolls in a greased baking dish.
  9. Bake for 25-30 minutes or until golden brown.
  10. Let cool slightly before serving.
