- 2 cups all-purpose flour
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 1/2 cup cream cheese, softened
- 1/4 cup butter, melted
- 1/2 cup milk
- 1 egg
- 1 tablespoon baking powder
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 tablespoon cinnamon
- 1/4 cup brown sugar
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a large bowl, mix together the flour, sugar, baking powder, and cinnamon.
- In another bowl, combine the cream cheese, melted butter, milk, egg, and vanilla extract.
- Pour the wet ingredients into the dry ingredients and mix until just combined.
- Roll out the dough on a floured surface into a rectangle.
- Spread the cinnamon sugar mixture over the dough.
- Roll the dough tightly and cut into rolls.
- Place the rolls in a greased baking dish.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes or until golden brown.
- Let cool slightly before serving.
Notes
- For extra flavor, add nuts or raisins to the filling.
- These rolls are best served warm.
- Store leftovers in an airtight container for up to 3 days.
