- 12 oz fresh cranberries
- 1 cup sugar
- 1/2 cup water
- 2–3 jalapenos, finely chopped
- 1/4 cup apple cider vinegar
- 1/2 tsp cinnamon
- 1/4 tsp salt
Instructions
- Rinse the cranberries and remove any stems.
- In a saucepan, combine cranberries, sugar, and water. Bring to a boil over medium heat.
- Add the chopped jalapenos, apple cider vinegar, cinnamon, and salt.
- Reduce heat and simmer for about 15-20 minutes, stirring occasionally, until the cranberries burst and the mixture thickens.
- Remove from heat and let cool slightly before transferring to jars.
- Allow the jam to cool completely before sealing and refrigerating.
