Ingredients

- 1 lb ground beef
- 1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1/4 cup diced onions
- 1/4 cup diced pickles
- 1 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp onion powder
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 4 hamburger buns
- Optional toppings: lettuce, tomato, ketchup, mustard
Instructions
- In a large bowl, combine ground beef, cheddar cheese, onions, pickles, Worcestershire sauce, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper.
- Mix until well combined and form into 4 equal patties.
- Preheat a grill or skillet over medium-high heat.
- Cook the patties for about 4-5 minutes on each side, or until they reach your desired doneness.
- Toast the hamburger buns on the grill or in a toaster.
- Assemble the burgers with your choice of toppings and serve immediately.
Notes
- For extra flavor, let the patties marinate for 30 minutes before cooking.
- Feel free to customize the toppings to your liking.
- These burgers can also be cooked in the oven at 375°F for 20-25 minutes.
