    • 1 cup cooked crab meat, shredded
    • 1 cup cooked shrimp, chopped
    • 1/2 cup cream cheese, softened
    • 1/4 cup mayonnaise
    • 1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese
    • 1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
    • 1 teaspoon Old Bay seasoning
    • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
  • For the Peppers:
    • 4 large bell peppers (any color)
  • For Topping:
    • 1/2 cup breadcrumbs
    • 2 tablespoons melted butter

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Cut the tops off the bell peppers and remove the seeds and membranes.
  3. In a mixing bowl, combine the crab meat, shrimp, cream cheese, mayonnaise, cheddar cheese, Dijon mustard, Old Bay seasoning, and black pepper until well mixed.
  4. Stuff each bell pepper generously with the crab and shrimp mixture.
  5. In a separate bowl, mix the breadcrumbs with melted butter and sprinkle over the stuffed peppers.
  6. Place the stuffed peppers upright in a baking dish and cover with aluminum foil.
  7. Bake in the preheated oven for 25 minutes, then remove the foil and bake for an additional 10-15 minutes until the tops are golden brown.
  8. Remove from the oven and let cool for 5 minutes before serving.
