Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and prepare a baking sheet by lining it with parchment paper.
- Cream together the softened butter, brown sugar, and granulated sugar until smooth and fluffy.
- Add the eggs one at a time, mixing well after each addition, then stir in the vanilla extract.
- Whisk together the flour, baking soda, and salt in a separate bowl, then slowly add this to the creamed mixture and mix just until combined.
- Fold in the rolled oats, chocolate chips, chopped nuts, and shredded coconut until everything is evenly distributed.
- Use a cookie scoop or tablespoon to drop rounded portions of dough onto the prepared baking sheet, leaving space between each cookie.
- Bake for 10-12 minutes or until the edges are golden and the centers look slightly soft.
- Allow the cookies to cool on the baking sheet for a few minutes before transferring them to a wire rack.
