Ingredients
Scale
- Base:
- 2 cups white chocolate chips
- 1 can (14 oz) sweetened condensed milk
- 1/2 cup unsalted butter
- Flavoring:
- 1 teaspoon cotton candy flavoring
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- Coloring:
- 1–2 drops blue food coloring
- 1–2 drops pink food coloring
- Toppings:
- 1/2 cup mini marshmallows
- 1/4 cup sprinkles
Instructions
- Prepare an 8×8 inch baking dish by lining it with parchment paper, leaving some overhang for easy removal.
- In a medium saucepan, melt the white chocolate chips, sweetened condensed milk, and butter over low heat, stirring constantly until smooth and fully combined (about 5-7 minutes).
- Remove from heat and stir in the cotton candy flavoring and salt until well incorporated.
- Divide the mixture in half and add blue food coloring to one half and pink food coloring to the other, mixing until the colors are vibrant.
- Layer the blue fudge mixture into the prepared baking dish, smoothing it out evenly.
- Carefully spoon the pink fudge mixture on top of the blue layer, spreading it gently to avoid mixing the colors.
- Sprinkle mini marshmallows and sprinkles on top for added texture and decoration.
- Refrigerate for at least 2 hours or until the fudge is firm to the touch.
- Once set, lift the fudge out of the dish using the parchment overhang and cut into squares.
Notes
- This fudge can be made ahead of time and stored in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 2 weeks.
- For a different flavor, try using different extracts like vanilla or strawberry instead of cotton candy.
- If you prefer a softer fudge, reduce the refrigeration time to 1 hour.
