Cottage Cheese Protein Pancakes are a healthy and delicious breakfast option packed with protein and flavor.


Ingredients

  • 1 cup oats
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 teaspoon baking powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
  • Pinch of salt

Instructions

  1. In a blender, combine cottage cheese, oats, eggs, vanilla extract, baking powder, cinnamon, and salt.
  2. Blend until smooth and well combined.
  3. Heat a non-stick skillet over medium heat and lightly grease it.
  4. Pour 1/4 cup of the batter onto the skillet for each pancake.
  5. Cook for 2-3 minutes until bubbles form on the surface, then flip and cook for another 2-3 minutes until golden brown.
  6. Repeat with the remaining batter.
