A delightful layered dessert with ice cream, an Oreo crust, and whipped cream, perfect for any occasion.
Ingredients

- 2 pints of ice cream (your favorite flavors: vanilla, chocolate, or strawberry)
- 1 package of Oreo cookies
- 1/2 cup of chocolate syrup
- 1/2 cup of whipped cream
- 1/4 cup of crushed nuts (optional)
- 2 tablespoons of melted butter
Instructions
- Crush the Oreos by using a food processor or a rolling pin in a sealed bag.
- Prepare the crust by mixing Oreo crumbs with melted butter until the mixture resembles wet sand.
- Form the base by pressing the crust mixture firmly into the bottom of a springform pan and freeze for 10 minutes.
- Add scoops of one pint of your chosen ice cream onto the crust, smoothing it down with a spatula.
- Drizzle chocolate syrup generously over the first layer of ice cream and smooth it out.
- Spread optional whipped cream over the chocolate layer.
- Chill in the freezer for 15-20 minutes to firm up.
- Top with a second pint of ice cream, smoothing it out and freeze until solid, about 2 hours.
- Finish with more whipped cream and optional crushed nuts before serving.
Notes
Best served with fresh berries, chocolate covered pretzels, or a drizzle of caramel sauce.
