- 1/4 cup orange marmalade
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp pepper
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C).
- Trim and halve the Brussels sprouts.
- Toss with olive oil, salt, and pepper in a large mixing bowl.
- Spread the Brussels sprouts on a baking sheet in a single layer.
- Roast for 20-25 minutes until golden brown and tender, stirring halfway through.
- Add the orange marmalade and toss to coat the sprouts.
Notes
For added crunch, sprinkle with toasted nuts just before serving.
