Description

Deliciously roasted Brussels sprouts tossed in a sweet and tangy orange marmalade glaze, perfect as a side dish or main attraction.


Ingredients

  • 1 lb Brussels sprouts
  • 1/4 cup orange marmalade
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/4 tsp pepper

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C).
  2. Trim and halve the Brussels sprouts.
  3. Toss with olive oil, salt, and pepper in a large mixing bowl.
  4. Spread the Brussels sprouts on a baking sheet in a single layer.
  5. Roast for 20-25 minutes until golden brown and tender, stirring halfway through.
  6. Add the orange marmalade and toss to coat the sprouts.

Notes

For added crunch, sprinkle with toasted nuts just before serving.
