- 2 cans of refrigerated cinnamon rolls
- 3 medium apples, peeled and sliced
- 1/2 cup brown sugar
- 1 teaspoon cinnamon
- 1/4 cup butter, melted
- 1/2 cup chopped pecans (optional)
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a large bowl, mix the sliced apples with brown sugar and cinnamon.
- Pour the melted butter into a greased baking dish.
- Arrange the apple mixture evenly over the butter.
- Open the cinnamon roll cans and cut each roll into quarters.
- Scatter the cinnamon roll pieces over the apples.
- If using, sprinkle chopped pecans on top.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes or until the cinnamon rolls are golden brown and the apples are tender.
- Let cool slightly before serving.
Notes
- Serve warm with vanilla ice cream for an extra treat.
- Can be made ahead and reheated in the oven.
