A simple and delicious Christmas fudge recipe that is perfect for the holiday season.
Ingredients

- 2 cups of granulated sugar
- 1/2 cup of unsweetened cocoa powder
- 1/2 cup of milk
- 1/4 cup of butter
- 1 teaspoon of vanilla extract
- 1 cup of chopped nuts (optional)
- 1 cup of chocolate chips
Instructions
- In a medium saucepan, combine sugar, cocoa powder, milk, and butter.
- Bring the mixture to a boil over medium heat, stirring constantly.
- Once boiling, let it cook for 5 minutes without stirring.
- Remove from heat and stir in vanilla extract and chocolate chips until melted and smooth.
- If using, fold in chopped nuts.
- Pour the fudge into a greased 8×8 inch pan and spread evenly.
- Let it cool at room temperature until set, then cut into squares.
Notes
- For a festive touch, add crushed peppermint or sprinkles on top before it sets.
- Store fudge in an airtight container at room temperature for up to two weeks.
