- 1 cup strawberry jam

- 1/4 cup heavy cream
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract (for frosting)
- Fresh strawberries (for garnish)
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a muffin tin with cupcake liners.
- Combine flour, sugar, cocoa powder, baking powder, baking soda, and salt in a large bowl.
- Add eggs, milk, vegetable oil, and vanilla extract; mix until well combined.
- Stir in the boiling water until the batter is thin and smooth.
- Fill each cupcake liner about two-thirds full with the batter.
- Bake for 18-20 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean.
- Cool the cupcakes and create a hole in the center of each for the jam.
- Fill each hole with strawberry jam.
- Beat softened butter until creamy, then gradually add powdered sugar, heavy cream, and vanilla for the frosting.
- Frost the cupcakes generously with the fluffy frosting.
- Garnish with fresh strawberries, if desired.
