- 1 cup chocolate chips
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease your 8-inch square baking pan.
- In a bowl, mix together the rolled oats, all-purpose flour, baking soda, and salt.
- In another bowl, cream together the softened unsalted butter, brown sugar, and granulated sugar until smooth and fluffy.
- Stir in the vanilla extract.
- Gradually combine the dry ingredients with the wet ingredients, mixing until just blended.
- Gently fold in the chocolate chips.
- Spread the mixture evenly into your prepared pan.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes, or until golden brown.
- Allow to cool completely before cutting into bars.
