    • 1 cup granulated sugar
    • 1 cup sour cream
    • 1 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips, melted
    • 4 large eggs
    • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • Topping:
    • ½ cup whipped cream
    • Chocolate shavings for garnish

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 325°F (160°C).
  2. In a bowl, combine graham cracker crumbs, melted butter, and sugar. Press the mixture into the bottom of a 9-inch springform pan to form the crust.
  3. In a large mixing bowl, beat the softened cream cheese until smooth. Gradually add sugar and mix until well combined.
  4. Add sour cream, melted chocolate, eggs, and vanilla extract. Mix until the batter is smooth and creamy.
  5. Pour the filling over the crust in the springform pan.
  6. Bake in the preheated oven for 55-60 minutes, or until the edges are set but the center is slightly jiggly.

  8. Refrigerate for at least 4 hours or overnight before serving.
