Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup pecans, chopped
  • 1 cup caramel sauce
  • 1 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a bowl, mix flour, cocoa powder, and salt.
  3. In another bowl, cream together the butter and powdered sugar until light and fluffy.
  4. Gradually add the flour mixture to the butter mixture and mix until combined.
  5. Press the dough into tart pans and bake for 10-12 minutes.
  6. In a saucepan, heat caramel sauce until warm, then stir in chopped pecans.
  7. In a separate bowl, melt chocolate chips and mix in eggs and vanilla extract.
  8. Pour the chocolate mixture into the baked tart shells, then top with the caramel pecan mixture.
  9. Bake for an additional 15-20 minutes until set.
  10. Let cool before serving.
