Instructions
- In a skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat.
- Add shredded pork and cook until browned.
- Stir in chopped Hatch green chilies, chicken broth, cumin, salt, and pepper.
- Simmer for 15 minutes until the mixture thickens.
- Warm the tortillas in a separate pan.
