Ingredients

- 2 cups cooked chicken, shredded
- 1 cup cooked rice
- 2 cups broccoli florets, steamed
- 1 cup cheddar cheese, shredded
- 1 cup cream of chicken soup
- 1/2 cup milk
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/2 teaspoon onion powder
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a large mixing bowl, combine the cooked chicken, cooked rice, steamed broccoli, cheddar cheese, cream of chicken soup, milk, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper.
- Mix until all ingredients are well combined.
- Transfer the mixture to a greased baking dish.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes, or until the cheese is bubbly and golden.
- Let it cool for a few minutes before serving.
Notes
- Feel free to substitute the chicken with turkey or a plant-based protein for a different flavor.
- For a healthier option, use brown rice instead of white rice.
