    • 2 tablespoons oyster sauce
    • 1 tablespoon sesame oil

Instructions

  1. Heat a large skillet or wok over medium-high heat and add 1 tablespoon of vegetable oil.

  3. Remove the chicken from the skillet and set aside.
  4. In the same skillet, add the bell peppers, broccoli, and snap peas, and stir-fry for 3-4 minutes until they are tender-crisp.
  5. Return the chicken to the skillet and add the cooked ramen noodles.
  6. In a small bowl, whisk together the soy sauce, oyster sauce, sesame oil, and cornstarch mixture, then pour it over the chicken and noodles.
