Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a large skillet, sauté onions and garlic until translucent.
  3. Add mushrooms and cook until softened.
  4. In a large bowl, combine cooked chicken, sautéed vegetables, rice, chicken broth, cream of mushroom soup, thyme, salt, and pepper.
