- 2 cups cooked chicken, shredded
- 1 cup uncooked rice
- 2 cups chicken broth
- 1 cup cheddar cheese, shredded
- 1 cup milk
- 1/2 cup onion, chopped
- 1/2 cup celery, chopped
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- 1/2 teaspoon paprika
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a large mixing bowl, combine the cooked chicken, uncooked rice, chicken broth, milk, onion, celery, garlic powder, salt, pepper, and paprika.
- Pour the mixture into a greased 9×13 inch baking dish.
- Cover the dish with aluminum foil and bake for 45 minutes.
- Remove the foil, sprinkle the cheddar cheese on top, and bake for an additional 15 minutes or until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
- Let it cool for a few minutes before serving.
