  • 1 cup uncooked rice
  • 2 cups chicken broth
  • 1 cup cheddar cheese, shredded
  • 1 cup milk
  • 1/2 cup onion, chopped
  • 1/2 cup celery, chopped
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1/2 teaspoon paprika

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a large mixing bowl, combine the cooked chicken, uncooked rice, chicken broth, milk, onion, celery, garlic powder, salt, pepper, and paprika.
  3. Pour the mixture into a greased 9×13 inch baking dish.

  5. Remove the foil, sprinkle the cheddar cheese on top, and bake for an additional 15 minutes or until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
