- 2 cups cooked chicken, shredded
- 2 cups broccoli florets
- 1 cup cooked rice
- 1 can cream of mushroom soup
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1/2 cup milk
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 1 cup crushed Ritz crackers
- 2 tablespoons butter, melted
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Combine the shredded chicken, broccoli florets, cooked rice, cream of mushroom soup, shredded cheddar cheese, milk, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper in a large mixing bowl. Mix until well-coated.
- Transfer the mixture to a greased casserole dish, spreading it evenly.
- Combine the crushed Ritz crackers with melted butter in a separate bowl and sprinkle over the casserole.
- Bake for 30-35 minutes, or until the top is bubbly and golden brown.
- Let it cool slightly before serving.
Notes
You can prepare the casserole the night before and store it in the fridge. Try different vegetables or cheeses for variety.
