A comforting and delicious Chicken and Broccoli Rice Casserole topped with buttery Ritz crackers.


Ingredients

  • 2 cups cooked chicken, shredded
  • 2 cups broccoli florets
  • 1 cup cooked rice
  • 1 can cream of mushroom soup
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1/2 cup milk
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 1 cup crushed Ritz crackers
  • 2 tablespoons butter, melted

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Combine the shredded chicken, broccoli florets, cooked rice, cream of mushroom soup, shredded cheddar cheese, milk, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper in a large mixing bowl. Mix until well-coated.
  3. Transfer the mixture to a greased casserole dish, spreading it evenly.
  4. Combine the crushed Ritz crackers with melted butter in a separate bowl and sprinkle over the casserole.
  5. Bake for 30-35 minutes, or until the top is bubbly and golden brown.
  6. Let it cool slightly before serving.
