Ingredients

  • 1 loaf of Italian bread
  • 2 cups cooked chicken, shredded
  • 2 cups Alfredo sauce
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 2 tablespoons butter
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tablespoon parsley, chopped
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Cut the top off the Italian bread loaf and hollow out the inside to create bowls.
  3. In a skillet, melt butter over medium heat and sauté minced garlic until fragrant.
  4. Add shredded chicken to the skillet and mix with Alfredo sauce, heating until warmed through.
  5. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
  6. Fill the hollowed bread bowls with the chicken Alfredo mixture.
  7. Top with shredded mozzarella cheese.
  8. Bake in the preheated oven for 15-20 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
  9. Garnish with chopped parsley before serving.
