Ingredients
- White Beans: 2 cans (15 oz each) of cannellini beans, drained and rinsed
- Tomatoes: 2 cups of cherry tomatoes, halved
- Cheese: 1 cup of shredded mozzarella cheese
- Parmesan: 1/2 cup of grated Parmesan cheese
- Garlic: 3 cloves, minced
- Olive Oil: 2 tablespoons
- Herbs: 1 teaspoon of dried oregano, 1 teaspoon of dried basil, salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
