Ingredients

  • White Beans: 2 cans (15 oz each) of cannellini beans, drained and rinsed
  • Tomatoes: 2 cups of cherry tomatoes, halved
  • Cheese: 1 cup of shredded mozzarella cheese
  • Parmesan: 1/2 cup of grated Parmesan cheese
  • Garlic: 3 cloves, minced
  • Olive Oil: 2 tablespoons
  • Herbs: 1 teaspoon of dried oregano, 1 teaspoon of dried basil, salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a large mixing bowl, combine the drained white beans, halved cherry tomatoes, minced garlic, olive oil, oregano, basil, salt, and pepper. Mix well until evenly coated.
