- 1 onion, diced
- 2 cups cooked rice or quinoa (optional)
Instructions
- Heat the olive oil: Pour 2 tablespoons of olive oil into a large skillet over medium-high heat until it shimmers invitingly.
- Season and sear the steak: Generously season the steak with salt, pepper, and garlic powder. Place it into the hot skillet, cooking for 4-5 minutes on each side.
