Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. In a skillet over medium heat, cook the ground beef, onion, and garlic until the beef is browned and the onions are translucent, about 5-7 minutes.
  3. Stir in paprika, salt, and pepper, then remove from heat.
  4. In a separate pot, boil the diced potatoes in salted water until tender, about 15 minutes. Drain and return to the pot.
  5. Add olive oil, garlic powder, and onion powder to the potatoes, mashing them until smooth.
