- 2 cups cooked wild rice
- 2 cups cooked chicken, shredded
- 1 cup cheddar cheese, shredded
- 1 cup cream of chicken soup
- 1 cup milk
- 1/2 cup onion, chopped
- 1/2 cup celery, chopped
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 cup breadcrumbs (optional)
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a large mixing bowl, combine the cooked wild rice, shredded chicken, cheddar cheese, cream of chicken soup, milk, onion, celery, garlic powder, black pepper, and salt.
- Mix well until all ingredients are evenly combined.
- Transfer the mixture to a greased baking dish.
- If desired, sprinkle breadcrumbs on top for added crunch.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 30-35 minutes, or until heated through and bubbly.
- Let it cool for a few minutes before serving.
