Ingredients

  • Chicken: 2 cups cooked, shredded chicken
  • Rice: 1 cup uncooked long-grain white rice
  • Vegetables: 1 cup broccoli florets, 1 cup diced bell peppers, 1 cup frozen peas
  • Cheese: 2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
  • Liquids: 2 cups chicken broth, 1 cup heavy cream
  • Seasonings: 1 teaspoon garlic powder, 1 teaspoon onion powder, salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a large mixing bowl, combine the cooked chicken, uncooked rice, broccoli, bell peppers, and peas.
  3. In a separate bowl, whisk together the chicken broth, heavy cream, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper.
