- 1 large head of cauliflower, cut into florets
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1/2 cup cream cheese
- 1/2 cup sour cream
- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1/4 cup green onions, chopped
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Steam the cauliflower florets until tender, about 5-7 minutes.
- In a large bowl, mix together the cream cheese, sour cream, garlic powder, salt, and pepper until smooth.
- Add the steamed cauliflower to the mixture and stir until well coated.
- Transfer the cauliflower mixture to a baking dish and top with shredded cheddar and Parmesan cheese.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes, or until the cheese is bubbly and golden brown.
- Garnish with chopped green onions before serving.
Notes
- For a spicier version, add some red pepper flakes.
- This dish can be made ahead of time and stored in the refrigerator before baking.
