  • 1 cup uncooked rice
  • 2 cups beef broth
  • 1 can (10.5 oz) cream of mushroom soup
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1 cup frozen mixed vegetables
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a large skillet, brown the ground beef over medium heat until fully cooked.
  3. Drain excess fat and stir in the garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper.
  4. Add the uncooked rice, beef broth, cream of mushroom soup, and mixed vegetables to the skillet.
  5. Mix well and bring to a simmer.
  6. Transfer the mixture to a greased casserole dish.
  7. Cover with aluminum foil and bake for 30 minutes.
  8. Remove the foil, sprinkle the shredded cheddar cheese on top, and bake for an additional 10-15 minutes until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
