Description

A delicious and hearty sandwich featuring turkey, crispy bacon, and melted cheddar cheese on toasted sourdough bread.


Ingredients

  • 2 slices of sourdough bread
  • 4 ounces of sliced turkey
  • 2 slices of cheddar cheese
  • 2 slices of cooked bacon
  • 1 tablespoon of mayonnaise
  • 1 tablespoon of butter

Instructions

  1. Spread mayonnaise on one side of each slice of sourdough bread.
  2. Layer turkey, bacon, and cheddar cheese on the unbuttered side of one slice.
  3. Top with the other slice of bread, mayonnaise side down.
  4. Heat a skillet over medium heat and melt butter.
  5. Place the sandwich in the skillet and cook until golden brown, about 3-4 minutes.
  6. Flip the sandwich and cook the other side until the cheese is melted and the bread is golden brown.
  7. Remove from skillet, slice, and serve hot.
