- 1 box brownie mix
- 1/4 cup vegetable oil
- 2 large eggs
- 1 package (8 oz) cream cheese, softened
- 1/2 cup granulated sugar
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 2 large eggs
- 1 cup caramel sauce
- 1/2 cup chocolate chips
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Prepare the brownie mix according to package instructions and pour into a greased 9-inch springform pan.
- Bake the brownies for 20 minutes, then remove from the oven.
- In a mixing bowl, beat the cream cheese, sugar, and vanilla until smooth.
- Add the eggs one at a time, mixing well after each addition.
- Pour the cheesecake mixture over the partially baked brownies.
- Drizzle caramel sauce and sprinkle chocolate chips on top.
- Bake for an additional 30-35 minutes or until the cheesecake is set.
- Let cool, then refrigerate for at least 4 hours before serving.
Notes
- For a richer flavor, use dark chocolate brownie mix.
- Serve with extra caramel sauce drizzled on top.
- Store leftovers in the refrigerator for up to 3 days.
