  • 1/4 cup vegetable oil
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1 package (8 oz) cream cheese, softened
  • 1/2 cup granulated sugar
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1 cup caramel sauce
  • 1/2 cup chocolate chips

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Prepare the brownie mix according to package instructions and pour into a greased 9-inch springform pan.
  3. Bake the brownies for 20 minutes, then remove from the oven.
  4. In a mixing bowl, beat the cream cheese, sugar, and vanilla until smooth.
  5. Add the eggs one at a time, mixing well after each addition.
  6. Pour the cheesecake mixture over the partially baked brownies.
  7. Drizzle caramel sauce and sprinkle chocolate chips on top.
  8. Bake for an additional 30-35 minutes or until the cheesecake is set.
  9. Let cool, then refrigerate for at least 4 hours before serving.
