Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).

- In another bowl, whisk together eggs and vanilla extract.
- Mix the egg mixture into the oat mixture until well combined.

- Bake for 30-35 minutes or until the top is golden brown and set.
- Let it cool slightly before serving. Drizzle with additional caramel sauce if desired.
