- 4 lobster tails
- 1/2 cup unsalted butter
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Using kitchen scissors, cut the top shell of the lobster tails down the center.
- Gently pull the meat out and lay it on top of the shell.
- In a skillet, melt the butter over medium heat.
- Add minced garlic and sauté until fragrant.
- Place the lobster tails in the skillet, meat side down, and sear for about 3-4 minutes.
- Flip the lobster tails and pour the garlic cream sauce over them.
- Transfer the skillet to the oven and bake for 10-12 minutes.
- Remove from the oven, drizzle with lemon juice, and season with salt and pepper.
- Garnish with fresh parsley before serving.

- Ensure the lobster tails are thawed if previously frozen.
- Adjust the amount of garlic according to your taste preference.
