  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Using kitchen scissors, cut the top shell of the lobster tails down the center.
  3. Gently pull the meat out and lay it on top of the shell.
  4. In a skillet, melt the butter over medium heat.
  5. Add minced garlic and sauté until fragrant.
  6. Place the lobster tails in the skillet, meat side down, and sear for about 3-4 minutes.
  7. Flip the lobster tails and pour the garlic cream sauce over them.
  8. Transfer the skillet to the oven and bake for 10-12 minutes.
  9. Remove from the oven, drizzle with lemon juice, and season with salt and pepper.
  10. Garnish with fresh parsley before serving.
