- 1 cup uncooked rice
- 2 cups chicken broth
- 1 cup buffalo sauce

- 1/2 cup cream cheese

- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a large bowl, combine the shredded chicken, uncooked rice, chicken broth, buffalo sauce, cream cheese, celery, and green onions.
- Mix well and season with salt and pepper.
- Transfer the mixture to a greased baking dish.
- Top with shredded cheddar cheese.
