- 2 cups cooked, shredded buffalo chicken
- 8 strips of bacon, cooked and crumbled
- 2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1 can (8 oz) refrigerated crescent roll dough
- Buffalo sauce, to taste
- Cooking spray
- Optional: Green onions for garnish
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) and lightly grease a baking sheet with cooking spray.
- Combine the shredded buffalo chicken, crumbled bacon, and mozzarella cheese in a mixing bowl.
- Unroll the crescent roll dough and separate it into triangles.
- Place a spoonful of the buffalo chicken mixture at the wide end of each triangle.
- Roll up each triangle from the wide end to enclose the filling, pinching edges to seal.
- Transfer the bombs to the prepared baking sheet, spacing them out slightly.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 15-20 minutes, until golden brown.
- Cool slightly before garnishing with green onions and serve warm.
Notes
Make ahead by preparing the filling in advance, or for a quicker cook time, use an air fryer for about 10-12 minutes.
