Description

Savory bites filled with spicy buffalo chicken, crispy bacon, and gooey mozzarella wrapped in flaky crescent dough.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 2 cups cooked, shredded buffalo chicken
  • 8 strips of bacon, cooked and crumbled
  • 2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1 can (8 oz) refrigerated crescent roll dough
  • Buffalo sauce, to taste
  • Cooking spray
  • Optional: Green onions for garnish

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) and lightly grease a baking sheet with cooking spray.
  2. Combine the shredded buffalo chicken, crumbled bacon, and mozzarella cheese in a mixing bowl.
  3. Unroll the crescent roll dough and separate it into triangles.
  4. Place a spoonful of the buffalo chicken mixture at the wide end of each triangle.
  5. Roll up each triangle from the wide end to enclose the filling, pinching edges to seal.
  6. Transfer the bombs to the prepared baking sheet, spacing them out slightly.
  7. Bake in the preheated oven for 15-20 minutes, until golden brown.
  8. Cool slightly before garnishing with green onions and serve warm.

Notes

Make ahead by preparing the filling in advance, or for a quicker cook time, use an air fryer for about 10-12 minutes.
