Instructions
- In a large bowl, combine rolled oats, protein powder, and dried blueberries.
- Add almond butter, honey (or maple syrup), cream cheese, and vanilla extract to the dry ingredients.
- Mix all ingredients until well combined and a dough forms.
- Using your hands, roll the mixture into small balls, about 1 inch in diameter.
- Place the protein bites on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
- Refrigerate for at least 30 minutes to firm up.
- Store in an airtight container in the fridge for up to a week.
