- 1 can of crescent roll dough
- 8 oz cream cheese, softened
- 1/4 cup sugar
- 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
- 1 cup fresh blueberries
- 1 egg (for egg wash)
- Powdered sugar (for dusting)
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
- In a mixing bowl, combine softened cream cheese, sugar, and vanilla extract until smooth.
- Unroll the crescent roll dough and separate it into triangles.
- Place a spoonful of the cream cheese mixture on the wide end of each triangle.
- Add a few blueberries on top of the cream cheese mixture.
- Roll up the crescent rolls starting from the wide end to the point.
- Place the rolls on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
- Beat the egg and brush it over the tops of the rolls for a golden finish.
- Bake for 12-15 minutes or until golden brown.
- Allow to cool slightly and dust with powdered sugar before serving.
