- 2 flour tortillas
- 1 cup fresh blueberries
- 1/2 cup cream cheese, softened
- 2 tablespoons honey
- 1 teaspoon cinnamon
- Butter for cooking
Instructions
- In a bowl, mix the softened cream cheese, honey, and cinnamon until well combined.
- Spread the cream cheese mixture evenly on one side of each tortilla.
- Sprinkle fresh blueberries over the cream cheese on one tortilla.
- Top with the second tortilla, cream cheese side down.
- Heat a skillet over medium heat and add a little butter.
- Cook the quesadilla for 2-3 minutes on each side until golden brown and the cheese is melted.
- Remove from heat, slice into wedges, and serve warm.
Notes
- Feel free to add other fruits like strawberries or bananas.
- For a vegan option, use dairy-free cream cheese and honey substitute.
