- 4 ripe peaches, diced

Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
- In a bowl, mix the diced peaches with salt, pepper, and lemon juice. Set aside.
- In another bowl, combine the ricotta cheese and honey until smooth.
- Brush the baguette slices with olive oil and place them on a baking sheet.
- Bake the baguette slices for about 5-7 minutes or until golden brown.
- Spread the whipped ricotta on each toasted slice.
- Top with the peach mixture and garnish with fresh basil leaves.
- Serve immediately and enjoy!
