- Apple Cider Vinegar: 1/2 cup
- Water: 1 cup
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 300°F (150°C).
- In a bowl, mix all the BBQ rub ingredients together until well combined.
- Rub the spice mixture all over the pork shoulder, ensuring it is evenly coated.
- Place the pork in a large roasting pan and pour the apple cider vinegar and water around it.
- Cover the pan tightly with aluminum foil and bake for 4-5 hours, or until the pork is fork-tender.
