- 1 cup corn starch
- 1/2 cup mayonnaise
- 1/4 cup sweet chili sauce
- 2 cups mixed vegetables (bell peppers, carrots, broccoli)
- 2 cups cooked rice
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
- Coat the diced chicken in corn starch and season with salt and pepper.
- Heat olive oil in a pan and cook the chicken until golden brown.
- In a bowl, mix mayonnaise and sweet chili sauce to create the Bang Bang sauce.
- In a serving bowl, layer cooked rice, mixed vegetables, and the crispy chicken.
- Drizzle the Bang Bang sauce over the top and serve immediately.
