- 24 soft cookies (vanilla wafers or graham crackers)
- 8 oz cream cheese, softened
- 2 cups whipped cream
- 1/2 cup powdered sugar
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
Instructions
- Beat together cream cheese, powdered sugar, and vanilla extract until smooth and creamy.
- Fold in whipped cream until well combined, being careful not to over-mix.
- Layer the cookies in a rectangular baking dish and spread some of the cream mixture over them.
- Add a layer of sliced bananas on top.
- Repeat the layers of cookies, cream mixture, and bananas until all ingredients are used, ending with whipped cream.
- Cover with plastic wrap and refrigerate for at least 240 minutes or ideally overnight.
- Slice into squares and serve chilled.
