Description

Instructions

  1. Beat together cream cheese, powdered sugar, and vanilla extract until smooth and creamy.
  2. Fold in whipped cream until well combined, being careful not to over-mix.
  3. Layer the cookies in a rectangular baking dish and spread some of the cream mixture over them.
  4. Add a layer of sliced bananas on top.
  5. Repeat the layers of cookies, cream mixture, and bananas until all ingredients are used, ending with whipped cream.
  6. Cover with plastic wrap and refrigerate for at least 240 minutes or ideally overnight.
  7. Slice into squares and serve chilled.
