  • 1 tablespoon cinnamon

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a mixing bowl, mash the ripe bananas.
  3. Add sugar, melted butter, egg, and vanilla extract to the mashed bananas and mix well.
  4. In another bowl, combine flour, baking powder, baking soda, and salt.
  5. Gradually add the dry ingredients to the banana mixture and stir until just combined.
  6. Roll out the dough on a floured surface into a rectangle.
  7. Spread melted butter over the dough, then sprinkle with brown sugar and cinnamon.
  8. Add chopped nuts if desired.
  9. Roll the dough tightly and cut into slices.
  10. Place the rolls in a greased baking dish and bake for 25-30 minutes.
  11. Let cool slightly before serving.
