- Crust:
- 1 ½ cups graham cracker crumbs
- ½ cup unsalted butter, melted
- ¼ cup granulated sugar

- 16 oz cream cheese, softened
- ¾ cup granulated sugar
- 2 large eggs
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- ½ cup sour cream
- Baklava Topping:
- 1 cup chopped almonds
- 1 cup chopped pistachios
- ½ cup honey
- 1 tsp ground cinnamon
- ¼ cup unsalted butter, melted
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a mixing bowl, combine graham cracker crumbs, melted butter, and sugar. Press the mixture into the bottom of a 9-inch tart pan to form the crust.
- Bake the crust for 10 minutes, then remove and let it cool.
- In a large bowl, beat the softened cream cheese and sugar until smooth. Add eggs one at a time, mixing well after each addition. Stir in vanilla extract and sour cream until fully combined.
- Pour the cheesecake filling into the cooled crust and smooth the top.
- Bake for 45-50 minutes, or until the center is set but slightly jiggly. Turn off the oven and let the cheesecake cool inside for 1 hour.
- While the cheesecake cools, prepare the baklava topping by mixing chopped almonds, pistachios, honey, cinnamon, and melted butter in a bowl.
- Once the cheesecake has cooled, spread the baklava topping evenly over the top and refrigerate for at least 4 hours or overnight before serving.
